1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aeroworld Flight Support (Pvt) Ltd website at aeroworld.pk and the engagement of any services provided by Aeroworld. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. About Aeroworld
Aeroworld Flight Support (Pvt) Ltd is a privately registered aviation services company incorporated in Pakistan. We are an independent provider of global flight support services including but not limited to ground handling, aviation fueling, permits and clearances, air charter coordination, cargo management, executive services, flight planning, and flight catering.
3. Services
3.1 Scope
Aeroworld acts as an intermediary flight support provider, coordinating services on behalf of clients through its own operations and partner network. The specific scope of services for any engagement will be confirmed in writing via a service agreement, confirmation email, or official quotation.
3.2 Service Requests
All service requests must be submitted with sufficient advance notice. Aeroworld operates on a 24/7 basis and will endeavour to accommodate urgent requests, however, lead times required by aviation authorities, fuel suppliers, and ground handlers are outside our control.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information including flight details, aircraft registration, passenger data, and any special requirements. Aeroworld accepts no liability for delays, errors, or service failures arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations provided by Aeroworld are estimates based on information available at the time of quoting and are subject to change based on supplier pricing, fuel rates, taxes, and regulatory fees.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated. If no validity period is stated, quotations are valid for 48 hours.
- Final charges may differ from estimates due to operational variables including actual fuel uplifted, additional ground time, permit fees, and airport charges.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are as agreed in the applicable service agreement or invoice.
- Where no payment terms are specified, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Aeroworld reserves the right to withhold future services where outstanding invoices remain unpaid.
- Any disputed charges must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
- Late payments may attract interest in accordance with applicable Pakistani commercial law.
6. Permits and Regulatory Clearances
- Aeroworld will use its best efforts to obtain all required permits and clearances in a timely manner. However, permit issuance is ultimately at the discretion of the relevant aviation authorities and governments.
- Aeroworld cannot guarantee permit approval and accepts no liability for delays, denials, or revocations by any government or aviation authority.
- Clients must ensure that all information submitted for permit applications is accurate and complete. Any costs arising from incorrect information provided by the client will be borne by the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Aeroworld's liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific service.
- Aeroworld is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of revenue, loss of profit, or operational disruption arising from service delays, permit denials, supplier failures, or force majeure events.
- Aeroworld acts as an agent and coordinator for many third-party services. The terms and conditions of those third-party providers (ground handlers, fuel suppliers, caterers, etc.) will apply in addition to these Terms.
8. Force Majeure
Aeroworld shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, airspace closures, strikes, extreme weather conditions, pandemic, or failure of third-party suppliers.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, operational, and commercially sensitive information exchanged in the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aeroworld website including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions is the intellectual property of Aeroworld Flight Support (Pvt) Ltd. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Aeroworld.
11. Website Use
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
